Employee Resource Groups

Pathward’s employee resource groups (ERGs) connect our employees across the country. They build and strengthen communities of ERG members and allies and develop the next generation of leaders. In addition to elevating employee voices and providing connections, ERGs help build individual and enterprise awareness, action, and accountability in making our workplace and business more diverse and inclusive. Every Pathward ERG is open to all employees, and more than 25 percent of employees participate in at least one of our ERGs.

BELIEVE supports the cultivation of an inclusive work environment and helps foster professional networking and development opportunities for Pathward’s employees of the African diaspora and their allies.

Inclusion & Belonging Curriculum

Our I&B curriculum brings inclusion to life through practical, application-based learning that empowers our employees to take meaningful action, both within our organization and in the communities we serve.

Through this opt-in experience, employees engage in small-group discussions centered on real-world scenarios, where they exchange perspectives and develop strategies they can immediately apply. Participants then reconvene as a larger group to share insights and learn from one another.

The result is a dynamic learning environment that fosters genuine connection, strengthens engagement, and drives lasting impact.
