Pathward’s Senior Vice President of Product Management Suhas Reddy joined host Reggie Young on the Fintech Layer Cake podcast for a conversation exploring how he and his team at Pathward partner with fintechs to build innovative products in highly regulated environments throughout financial services.
During the episode, Reddy reflects on his journey from his early days as a product leader at Fannie Mae to driving product innovation at Pathward. He also shares insights on fostering successful fintech partnerships and developing products that advance financial inclusion while building trust with customers.
“My job is to make us (Pathward) the best platform that fintechs and brands can use to reach out to their niche audiences and embed great financial products that serve their specific needs,” Reddy stated.
He added that financial inclusion is part of Pathward’s ethos, and it shows up in the products Pathward supports including earned wage advances, small business loans and prepaid cards. “That's why this resonates with me. It's being human-centric but within the financial services space.”
