The International Customer Management Institute recently announced Pathward’s Tax Call Center, led by Jenn Walls, and members of the team are among the finalists for the prestigious 2025 ICMI Global Contact Center Awards.

ICMI will announce winners of its 13 categories on Oct. 29, during an awards ceremony at ICMI’s Contact Center Expo in Orlando, Florida.
