Employee Resource Groups

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are employee-led teams based on common interests, backgrounds, or demographic factors, such as gender, ethnicity, or sexual orientation. ERGs help build community and belonging at work, strengthen networks and supportive relationships, and retain our best employees. Every Pathward ERG is open to all employees, and 23% of Pathward employees participate in an ERG.

DEI Curriculum

Pathward has implemented a DEI curriculum that provides regular educational and training opportunities for our employees around topics such as inclusive leadership, implicit bias, and how to be an ally or advocate.
